Our Donor Program invites healthy individuals to contribute stool samples that may help restore the microbiome of patients with chronic gastrointestinal issues, immune disorders, metabolic diseases, or long-term antibiotic damage. By donating, you are not just giving a sample, you are giving people a chance to rebuild their health.

Why become a donor?

Comprehensive medical screening

1. Full blood panel (immune cells, liver and kidney function)

2. Screening for pathogens and infectious diseases such as HIV, hepatitis, and more

3. Stool pathogen panel

This gives you a detailed look at your health at no cost to you.

Free stool sequencing

If you pass screening, we will sequence your microbiome to evaluate diversity, stability, and beneficial species with a detailed report and all completely free.

Financial compensation for time and travel

You will be compensated for the time you spend participating in the program and for travel expenses. You are not paid for the stool itself, as biological donations cannot be a subject of financial gain.

Contribution to science

You may help shape future microbiome therapies and research in Germany and the EU.

Requirements and Criteria

Age

18 – 45 years old.

Health Status

Excellent; no chronic or infectious diseases.

Medications

No long-term prescription or over-the-counter medication.

Lifestyle

Balanced diet, active exercise, and no substance abuse

Commitment

Willingness to undergo rigorous clinical and DNA screening.

Important: This process is selective and only about 3–8% of all applicants qualify. This strict standard ensures safety and effectiveness of our FMT product. The safety of recipients depends on accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information during the screening process may result in immediate exclusion from the program and potential legal consequences under applicable health regulations.
